INTERNATIONAL: International orders fall under these same Terms and Conditions, the only difference, is the shipping agreement. International customers must agree to the quoted shipping costs from a representative of Boneless Skate Products (via email). In most cases we will assume PART of the shipping cost (what we would have spent shipping free in the USA).

RETURNS: Sorry, no cash Refunds, Exchanges Only(In the case of size misjudgments), If you have received an item proven to be defective, we reserve the right to decide wether to replace, refund or repair.

The purchaser assumes the cost of any returns and re-shipments. Returns must be shipped by USPS Insured Parcel Post or Insured Priority Mail. within 5 days after RMA(Returned Merchandise Authorization) number was issued.

No returns are accepted without prior authorized RMA number. Please Email us or call for an RMA number before you return anything.

CLAIMS: If you suspect fowl play with your package, please do not open or accept it unless goods inside are inspected in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to the carrier immediately and to us within 48 Hours or customer assumes full responsibility for damage and/or loss.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: We make every effort to ensure that you will receive your package in a timely manner. Boneless Skate Products accepts no responsibility in the case of undeliverable packages due to incorrect or improperly submitted address information. If your package is returned to us, You will be contacted and offered the option of having your order reshipped for an additional shipping charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

LIABILITY: Boneless Skate Products accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries or damage incurred as a result of possession or use of any merchandise or equipment received from Boneless Skate Products for any reason including but not limited to: improper use, defect in design or production, improper or incorrect assembly, damage from shipment or handling. The buyer and/or user further agrees to hold harmless any and all employees, representatives and assets of Boneless Skate Products The buyer and/or user further assumes all responsibility for obtaining and using any necessary safety equipment. Additionally, the buyer/user accepts the fact that skateboarding, snowboarding, inline and other extreme sports in any form, is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death, and agrees to obtain any necessary, instruction, supervision or safety materials.
