HOW DOES THIS PAYMENT METHOD WORK?
It is very similar to using a credit card, except you Are charging your purchase to your checking account.
You will need to have your checking account information available.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE ALL OF MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT?
We require a specific check number given by you along with your personal request
that you would like to pay by check. Save or print your receipt. This has the total agreed payment amount.
With the exceptions of international orders where the shipping may be figured in after the receipt is printed.
In which case, keep all emails pertaining to the order.
IS IT SAFE TO GIVE YOU MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE/INTERNET or FAX?
YES, you will only be giving us the exact same information as we would get if you sent in a check by snail mail.
When you receive your bank statement from your bank, you will find the exact same cancelled check to keep for your records.
DO I NEED TO CONTACT MY BANK?
NO, your bank is already familiar with this method of payment and will honor the check draft.
This is a very common and well known transaction to most banks.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE ORIGINAL CHECK?
Make it payable to Geertsen Clothing Co. for the amount of the purchase.
Write VOID across the front. In the memo put "ON-LINE PURCHASE EZCHEX"
Keep it for your records and don't forget to deduct it out of your bank book balance.
